- 48-Hour Cancellation Notice Required: A cancellation notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up or drop-off. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Holiday & Weekend Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of a holiday or weekend appointment will incur a fee.
- Missed Appointments: No-shows or missed appointments are subject to a fee.

Stephanie quickly responded to my call, and accommodated my request for interior detailing as soon as I arrived home.
